My name is Trent Whitaker, I am the owner and inspector of A Closer Look Home Inspections. I am a 4th generation Elko county native, which means I am committed to our community – I am your neighbor.
I have spent a large portion of my life in the trades, which has helped me to become the trusted home inspector in our area. I have 20 years of experience as a Journeyman Plumber and Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager. Along the way, I have received certifications in Structural Welding, Med-Gas Piping, Braising, and all other aspects of gas and plumbing pipe. I am also safety trained through OSHA and MSHA. My construction experience includes both commercial and residential, construction management, and facility maintenance.
The knowledge I have gained enables me to help you by making informed recommendations regarding your home or business. More importantly, I am a state-licensed home inspector and I invest in continuing education so I can provide you with a quality inspection – every time.
